The parallel existing of different realities has been fascinating to me since ever. This complexity is shown best by cross fades.
An example: When I am looking out of the window of a rolling train, I see different insights and views. The speed defines the rhythm of changing samples. Organic forms are linking with one another. Lines and perspectives of architecture set a counterpoint against these. Portraits of human beings, single's and group's pictures keep in touch with the spectator.
Again my own digital photographs are the base (objects photographed are: flowers, architecture or people and masks). At the computer I develop confusing new images, but they are ordered and hold by "lines" in abstract rhythms. These images are combined to a calm area printed by a high pressure process (lino) or to a colour gradient constructed at the computer.
